My university X is at the middle of downtown. Scheduling a room for my courses at this university is a nightmare. Most courses meet regularly, but some meet only a few times. Each time I go there for teaching, somebody changes my assigned rooms and the only room available for me has limited seating capacity, no computer access, and no parking spaces. Also, most of the times, location is also changed and requiring 5-10 minutes walking across the campus. Scheduling engineering classes in the Engineering Center is clearly desired for comfort, ease of finding the classroom, and traveling between classes in the allotted time, just as scheduling math classes in Science and Tech building is desirable. Furthermore, administrator even do not notify students of schedule changes, and sometime, they double book the rooms. Hundreds of events of different types such as lectures and meetings need to be scheduled efficiently and easily.
Similarly, finding a meeting room in the Engineering Center itself is equally challenging. Rooms are limited and often scheduled far in advance by faculty or administrators. Quite often these rooms are reserved “just in case” and may not even actually be used, adding to the frustration of students looking for a quiet area to work. Equally annoying is having a class interrupted because the schedules conflict or finding “squatters” in a room that you reserved weeks ago.

The lecture-room allotment process in university X is very poor due to which there is always a mess in the university and it is causing disruption in the overall process. Students and as well faculties are facing problems because of these issues.Some lecture halls in the university do not even has computers and parking space and have limited parking capacity. Due to all these issues the university is creating an unfavorable image.
