Question

The majority of older Americans in need of health assistance are cared for by family members. Many of those in caregiving roles are also caring for their own families (the so-called "sandwich generation" of American adults who are caring for older parents and possibly for their own children, simultaneously)....and many of us in caregiving roles are also working in some capacity (full time, part time, outside of the home, etc.) 1. What implications does this have for employers? 2. What type of employer policies might support an employee in a caregiving role? 3.
