I need a troubleshoot not a question I am trying yo solve it for months could you please help me? At first, I was using Microsoft Visual Studio community 2015 but decided to upgrade it to VS community 2017 but unofortunately I cannot succeed for months. Now I cannot use neither 2015 nor 2017. Even I cannot setup neither 2015 nor 2017. I am trying over and over again but I fail I get errors like that everytime

In Turkish, it says: a product cannot be found that matches below parameters. When I exit that little pop-up window and try to download VS community 2017 by pushing the related button and this time I get this error immediately after I push the related VS community 2017 downloading button, I get this error:

This time error says: Unfortunately setup is failed. Please try again. And the troubleshooting links are given below the error line but I have been doing that troubleshooting for months over and over again but I fail every time. Besides, to be as an alternative, I was deleted my 2015 and tried to resetup it but I get error while setup in progress. Could you please help me, what can I do? I cannot advance my learning without that tool. I am so sad :(
