Search several social networking sites such as Face- book, Twitter, and YouTube to identify how a specific company such as Dell, Coca-Cola, or McDonald's is using social media to interact with customers.

Using social media sites to promote their business is the new trend being followed by businesses large or small. They post ads or creates their own pages in the websites like Twitter and promote their business. For example if we take McDonald's , they have their pages which can be followed to get updates on their latest offers. They even provide coupons for their followers and hence people get attracted towards their ads. They keep posting various offers being introduced by them and even display their menu with mouthwatering images. This makes people to have a look at them and hence their work of promoting their business is successful. In this manner many companies are using social media depending on their needs.
