Abstract
Before getting deep down into the Probability and development of JOb Agency or portal in African countries. It is important to know about the BLUE collar and entry level jobs and the availability of the jobs in the
African as well as the world market. What are the problems and hurdles the job portal may be faced when hiring Africans for any Entry level post in different industries.
It is also important to know how the people are skilled and what are the skill really necessary for working in the industry. which part they have to develop, and most importantly
the feasibility and the profit that can be earned by hiring the Africans in the blue collar vacancies.Now a blue collar jobs are the typical type of work where the person
performs non-agricultural labour, It involves skilled or non-skilled
work in industries like manufacturing, mining, sanitation, custodial work, oil field work, construction, mechanic. maintenance, warehousing, firefighting etc
The most important thing is hard labour which can be found in African men
Proper training will make them skilled at the entry level
So, for this type of jobs, the portal needs to develop according to the industry needs.
Now, there are few hurdles regarding development of this kind of job portal
Cause most of these people are illiterate and also they have the language problems
So, finding jobs in their nearest place and proper skill with market best salary should be the 1st objectives of this kind of Portal.

As the people of Africa is famous for their hardcore body and enormous muscle strength, they are the most favourite peoples among earth for these
kind of blue collar jobs as it required hard labour, Whether there are machines which can perform the manual labour but this pepole can not be ignored.
But the question is are these people get the proper pay or jobs according to their skills. This problem can be easily resolved by developing a portal where they can not only find jobs according to their skills but also
market best salary.

1) Language problem: these peoples are mostly illiterate so, It is better to have access in different regional African languages.
2)Brush up their skills according to the indy=ustry standard: These people can be hard workers but are they properly skilled to work in Industry.
