They should not be able to delete files created by other members Sales should have its own share that only Sales and Management have access to. The Sales users must have full control over all files in the share Development and Editorial have their own shares that only these departments and Management have access to. The users from these two departments must have full control over all files in their department shares There should be a public share in which users in the Management Department can create, change, and delete documents, and a other users have the ability only to read the documents There should be a share available to management that no other users can see in a browse list. What tool will you use to create the shares? Why?

If, we are using Microsoft Windows environment and organization document library in Cloud Platform for file management solution (OneDrive). All the requirements mentioned here in can be executed using Microsoft cloud solution for file sharing (OneDrive) among all domain users in the organization.

You can create share access permission for individual users and groups with required levels of permissions and quota can be applied for selected folders to limit the usage of storage space.

These files can be accessible over internet and on move, since OneDrive business has a facility to access these files in offline using native windows application to sync in your local drive.

Collaboration and sharing control over folders and files can be possible to get control over user access on designated files.

Technology used for this requirement:

Microsoft has launched Office 365 (O365) solution on cloud technology (Over Web) to enable ability to access application and files using web technologies. It has different user licenses offered to enable access to organization files either using only browser or both browser and application installed in their workstations.
