Introduction: - Existing Job Portals such as Careerbuilder.com, Monster.com, are organizations which work to build a connection between the hiring companies and the job seeking People, they act as a bridge to connect the two so that the company can work efficiently and has the required people, and the people get paid for the work they do for the company.
In this way both the company and the Person looking for the Job meet their goals.
So, what does the companies like CareerBuilder and monster.com get? Actually these companies charge a nominal amount of money by the company/organization who is looking for people to work for them, these companies get paid to bring new employees for the company who satisfy the requirements of the company.
Problem Statement: -
The Problems faced by the organization are:-
These are some of the problem statements that the problem solving team of CareerBuilder, monster.com or other online Job Portal Companies have to solve.
Aim/Objective: - The main objective of these companies is to connect the people who need Jobs with the companies who need employees.
The Companies provide a set of necessary skills and list of rules and regulations to be followed by the new employee.
All these details which the company requires and the details of the new employee are matched and if they are satisfactory the person is recommended to the Hosting Company.
Method of Operation: - The Companies which need new employees pay careerbuilder/moster.com type job portal companies to find eligible people for them, by this the company gets what it is looking for (a skilled and eligible employee), and the Job portal companies get their pay for their work.
Conclusion: - This business can be successful in countries who have a lot of unemployment and the people there are looking for Jobs, but the countries where there is enough employment has almost no need for these kind of Portals.
