a. In the table, vendor- vendorphone pairs are repeated, because they are same across all rows

b. the key of the table is ingredient- vendor pair as it uniquely identifies every row in the table

c. a determinant is the one through which we can determine the column value, so here we can determine vendorPhone from vendor so vendor is the determinant.

d. The table is in 1NF form which states no column holds multiple values
