Big company (30%) and personal client (70%) can subscribe this application. 95% of users are end users from both big company and personal clients, 5% of users could be application developer. For end users, 40% of functions they use are message communicate, 35% of functions they use are voice call, 21% of functions they use are video call, 2% of functions they use is to search other end users and 1% is to report application error. As application developer, what they have to do here is to collect report errors from end users and update the application. Please design Operational Profiles for this project. Please be aware that for a simple function, you should indicate some detail operations. For example, function "messages communicate" might include operations like "connect to other end users", "chat with other end users", "disconnect with other end users".
