Gantt Chart tools are the best tools to manage the project managment. Most of the managers in the companies uses gantt charts to manage the project. Gantt charts are basically in the form of bar's which illustrates the project schedules.
These gantt charts are used by the managers to track the entire process of project and the deliverables. Using this gantt charts only managers show the project progress in modules. Gantt charts has the advantage of showing the materials and products information and also it can track about the resources information and their utilisation.
The easiest gantt chart tool used to create the charts are microsoft excell and also we can create with any spreadsheet tools. The most helpfull tool used to create and manage gantt chart easily is using the microsoft project tool.
Any scope of projects like small and large projects any one can be handled very well using this microsoft project tool. This provides templates to create the gantt charts also or we can create our own based on our requirement.
The best tool to represent system analysis and design is using Entity Relationship model. This is the database model which depicts any type of information into real world objects like entitites and attributes with relationship between them. Entities are the objects and the attributes are the properties of entities.
The ER Model represents in the form of diagram with the relation ship between entities so that any one with minimal knowledge about ER Diagrams can easily understand.
We have so many tools for ER Model also like Microsoft Visio which is most popular. It also gives the templates to easily draw the models and also we can on our own.
