1. There are some many tools available in the market for Project Management. Actually when we enter into a company and when we start to work on a project, Both employee and employer first they start to plan for a streamlining the project tasks.Once they settle with the proper planning on corresponding project then other steps will be taken by the scrum master utill project gets over.
Microsoft Teams would one of the best tool for managing the project.In Teams you can maintaing all sprint task and also can able to attach work related files into the project.Always when you maintain project with proper plan and documents it helps in re-engineering concept.Usually when you start with a project, often you will recieve various corrections and changes from client side when 30% or 40% of projects are completed and and shown in the demo. So, incase of mainting your project details from scratch it helps you to work easier and quicker. You can feel the work flexibility,once you start using the project management tool.
2. My role in the project would be System Analysis.Foremost work in the project before setting it to the live would be system analysis. Requirement of the client will be finalised in the team meeting. Based on the Final requirement document system design will be generated.Always the system analysis is more concentrated on Resource working on the project and duration of the project.
