2.A successful new employee orientation will be very clear and straightforward.Many do orientation in one day,which last about 8 hours,but a successul orientation would be broken up in a period of time so the new employee will still feel connected.Orientation is an oppurtunity to explain and educate about work places structures,policies,practices,standards and expectations.Needs and organization needs are important because quality and safety is something to consider.
3.Engaging senior management is important because it matters how the supervisor communicates with the staff. Interaction and communications with the staff is important.As senior management,they can accurately outline the objectives and ensure that they are thoroghly understood.
