Q1: Don't use online banking in public areas such as cybercafes, libraries etc.
Always keep a lookout for suspicious or unauthorized transactions your credit card and bank account statements. Contact your bank immediately for suspicious entries.
If you are unsure of the web address of your bank or credit card company, contact them for the information & always enter the correct URL.
Your computer must have an up to date firewall, anti-virus and anti-spyware.
Report all such emails to your bank which ask for your personal information and then discard them.
Never reveal your ATM pin to anyone. Banks never ask for such info.
Once your online banking activities are completed , make sure you end the session by logging out.
