Starbucks code of ethics is not merely for public show and consumption and it does not simply pays lip service to its code of ethics. Rather the company has inbuilt its code of ethos in each employee’s heart where each member of the company serve from their heart. It is their inner happiness to keep customers happy. And for this the company rewards its employees extremely well. There is a passion about ethically sourcing the finest coffee beans, roasting them with great care, and improving the lives of people who grow them. There is deep care of everyone here which cannot be shown in reports but can be gained through experiencing a coffee there. The company embraces diversity to create a place where everyone can be themselves. They always treat each other with respect and dignity. The work is about human connection which is about enjoyment at the speed of life. It is a socially responsible company which takes care of neighbors also. Success in such a way would reward shareholders also thus catering to their needs also.
