Explanation / Answer

The ratings given are as follows.

Drive faster than the posted speed limit – 3 which means I often drive at high speed.

Skip classes -0 means I never skip classes and give much importance to studies.

Arrive late to meetings-1 means I rarely arrive late to meetings.

Submit assignments that don’t reflect your best effort-1 means I rarely submit assignments without putting best effort.

From the ratings given I can identify the reason behind my fast driving as my desire to reach the classes and meetings on time and I give much importance to learning. I am taking effort not to skip classes and the rule regarding not skipping classes is to give importance to reach classes on time on all circumstances. Regarding meeting and submitting assignments also I follow the same rule of taking maximum effort to achieve my goal.

I would not mind paying high cost of speeding tickets and losing the check for $25 for no speeding tickets on the calendar year as my happiness is in attending the classes and meetings on time and effectively utilizing my time for my studies. Hence the second option where people caught for high speeding to attend automobile safety classes may affect my behavior to be in compliance with the requirements of the situation since I need to spend time on these classes which may affect my time utilization efforts to put best effort on studies and my classes and meetings.

In the case of skipping classes earning extra classes and losing points from each class missed may not affect me much as I give much importance for effective utilization of my time than points. I would have to spend extra time on writing paper on each missed class in the case of third option which leads to lose of time that I could have utilized for other important activities. I never want this to happen and hence to be compliant with the requirements of skipping classes the best option is where students are required to write paper on each missed class and it would affect my behavior.

More than drawing boss attention and being advised by the boss on the importance of being in time for meetings in future I would be more concerned about losing the task that I really wanted to work. I find happiness in working on the tasks I am interested and losing the opportunity to do a particular task would affect my behavior. Hence I would try my best to reach the meetings on time and the best way to be compliant in this situation is assigning the interested tasks to someone else.
