guys i have a final year project in Man in middle attack using any network siumlator or may be there is no problem to do it in real on my home router ,

the questions

q1 is it easy doing project and which simulator do u recommand and can work on wireless based network in siumlation envernmectient

Q2 i should focues on subtopic in this project in order to hack and provide protection method what do u recommand

q3 if i focues on https protocol is there doble method to hack this protocol with providing protection method

q4

any more advice in this project because i still have time to change topic

You can look at something like Kali Linux , for a suite of attacks, and Metasploitable for a vulnerable target. Place both in a virtual environment (VirtualBox?) and simulate the types of attacks that you want.Alternatively, you don't need a specialized target, but simply a generic target using a vanilla OS.

Yes,there is method to hack https protocol that is throught covert timing channels based on https cache headers.

Question 4)

No,don't change .Carry on with this project.Every project needs work and information.Don't go for simple projects,if you are different from others then it's always a added advantage.
