ou're using OS X 10.7 or later? :-) But even if you're using an older version of the operating system...
The error report indicates that your installed version is more than 2 years behind on updates [Application Version: 14.1.4.111121]. The current build is 14.3.9, so that may well be the cause of the problem.
Follow the procedure here to Update Office#2011. After applying the 14.3.9 Update run Disk Utility to repair disk permissions & Restart your Mac before attempting to launch any of the Office apps.
