It is planning to move ahead with the project. In this scenario, if you do nothing, it will never be discovered that the snail existed. You're trying to decide whether you should try to make that report public, and push to save the snail—shutting down your company’s project; or whether you should remain silent and allow your company's project to continue as planned. Which option is the most rational ethical decision to make, and why? Explanation / Answer

The most rational ethical decision I would make is make that report public, and push to save the snails- shutting down your company’s project. Based on the various reading, I would do the same as if I wound be the mid-level manager. The ethical way of doing business would leads to the more profit in terms of value, respect and projects. It would make the company role model for the other companies.

Here, the scenario is that the snails are there in the project construction site. So, when the building would open to the public they might know and then company would phase the huge loss from this. So, it is better to do the need now itself. It would reduce losses before itself. The company would blame your company too.
