2. Login Screen: It asks the user or allowed only authorized and existing user to access the contents and for that user must be having valid username and password.A user can be an alumni or adminstrator or can be faculty of that university, but they must be registered.

3. Home Screen: this will comprises of logo of university and consist of menu list that behaves like an Home page or fundamental page that gives an overall view of university even without physically visiting the campus.

4. Catalog Screen: It helps the user to identify under which category user needs to be registered whether as alumni, or as adminstrator or as head of department, so many feasible options are available there.

For Example: Edit an existing alumi record.

Contact Information: It provides about the conatct info that helps to resolve querries or any technical faults or regarding any information that we are not aware of.it must be having website Owner's name, his mobile as well landline number,mail ID and in some cases extensions are also provided .
