The other negative aspect of globalization is reducing in individual sovereignty of a nation, environmental pollution and susceptibility of all parts of the world bearing with recession in other nations.

Cultural differences in different countries people also impacted virtual communication, decision making and communication styles that is causing differences in management and negotiation style due to globalization (Liu, Friedman & Hong, 2012).
