Pfizer's interest in diversity stems from the fact that diversity allows a company to not only have a number of different skillsets and point of views but the element of creativity is introduced in between the teams and this as a value can be considered to have a detrimental value. A diverse workforce brings unique solutions to the present problems of the company and therefore since it also helps a company with multinational requirements, it becomes a basic necessity.

We can say that Pfizer, just like any other organization needs to allow the human resource department to handle this situation. In the presence of a well laid out structure, the human resource department can essentially create the policies and practices that are required by the company in order to deal with the problem of insubordination or for the purpose of conflict resolution. The communication channels should be open to all, in order to determine the value of this system, periodic audits should be conducted in order to determine if the created policies are being properly executed.
