This clinic happens to be in a rural setting where most of the patients do not have health insurance coverage and depend heavily on Medicaid and Medicare. Assuming that the cost of this system is $150,000 please indicate how different types of feasibility studies such as Operational feasibility,
Technical feasibility, Economic feasibility, Schedule feasibility along with SWOT analysis can be conducted.

1. SWOT Analysis for the Electronic Health Record System . In order to implement any new system we first need to do SWOT analysis for its Strength's, Weekness, Opertunitites and Threat's.

Coming to Technical feasubility of EHR it is must to give the project to the corect company or person who is going to implement the system and the one who is implementing must identify all the scenarios and the working nature and how the new system need to be implemented and what is the basic requirement by placing all this things in mind.
Coming to Economic feasubility, The EHR will give good use to the clinic and economically also, as it deals with technology there is no need to put more staff as one or two is enough because there is no paper work and also lot of time is saved by filling more records by hand.
Comig to Schedule feasibility It is necessary to plan and schedule clearly about the project in the starting stage itself whether how much time it require to complete the project based on the requirements and so on like this by checking at particular whether the project is going on with the desired results like this. we can surly get good results.

To investigate the system requirement first talk with the clients i.e. clinic managment or director what exactly they want and what are all services they want in the system which is going to implement and there is must to know the complete functionality of those processes clearly. Then write down all the requirements required by the managment and how they want, then plan the how to implement the system and make an idea then after discussion with the management.
After that based on the conclusion at the above stage about the processes and functionality then identify the system requirement what is required in order to implement the above system.
