You have been assigned to work under the Network Administrator of a network which has 5 Windows Servers 2012 EE, 200 Windows 7 workstations, 3 HP printers and two network attached printer. Your supervisor has asked you to completely redesign the printing solutions. You may be asked to physically relocate some of these printers. What will be the basic differences in setting up these two groups of printers? What considerations will you apply while setting up various printer permissions to different groups? Will some of the printers be directly connected to the domain controllers? Justify your answer. What are the basic printer permissions for the shared printer and the network attached printers? What will be the basic differences in setting up these two groups of printers?
Ans: Reson behind setting two different groups of printers is... We didnt want to open up both group of printers to all users. So setting permissions to set of computers wil be considered as grouping of printers.

What considerations will you apply while setting up various printer permissions to different groups?
Ans: Opening print management console for server 1 and new TCP/IP printer using using the 192.168.1.14 IP address. Then select the appropriate printer driver according to the make and model of the printer.

Ans: Yes we can do this using Home Groups.

Ans: Configuring priority of Printer-1 to 1. Add a new printer and set priority = 99. For the new printer, deny
the Print permission for restricted department users.

Ans: We have to configure the printers with appropriate priorities
