our goals for the year are to maximixe benefits and creat value for our stakeholders and stockholders alike.
Human Resource goals:
1.shall insure to retain talent and commitment as the past prooves positions might change or rotrated but people shall be with us. with more 55,000 employes we insure job creation and well being to our empolyees.
2.to maintain cordial relations with the unions and ensure that the unions do not interfier is our daily operations.
Marketing and strategic goals:
1. we shall improve our visiablity but just not sponsering teams and being the official carrier of super bowl , but also SA chineses new year and prade, shall be more visible in the marketing space and market place.
2. organisations as far as India are replicating our model , we propose to strategically support and earn from our expertice from them by way of consultancy or even ventures together.
3. as of now we do not parterner with anybody but shall do it in future for mutual benefits.
Financial and straetegic goals:
1.proceseding like AirTran shall be countined to be a strategy for space and development.
2. as a launch customer of Boing 737 max 7 and max 8 we ensure the returns and benefits to all stake holders.
other goals :
1.customer friendly approch like grouping, number etc shall coutinue as it shall shown promise and excellent feedback.
2.in flight enterteinment and free alcohal during festivals shall remain in place but recommendatins are seeked in this matter.
3. the rapid reward and no black out dates shall be countinued but only when aprooved with majority.

1. as considetred 10 th safest airlines in the world we strive to improve the rating in year to come.
customer surveys:
recent customer survey as per department of transportation published in Air Travel Consumer Report puts us at number one or with lowest number of customer complaints and it as been happening since 1987, time and again we shall stay at this historic place again for years to come.
Staff feedback:
having union members but still achiveing high degree of employees coimg to us and not going to union calls for their association and trust on us answers the question.
Adding food service:
as answered before change in food service can be included in the fare later if deemed fit.
we propose that the current strategies if put in place inceriment our ticket sales by atleast by 20% going with more of less same cost incurred.
