New President of the company and future plans

Hello, I am XYZ( please select name) and I have been appointed as president of the Southwest Airlines, my tenure started on 1st Dec 2017. I replace Mr ABC, who just retired on 30th Nov, he has taken Southwest airlines to the new heights and I wish to do the same. Prior to this I was COO at Air Castle Ltd, which is a leasing company and many of our jets are leased from them, I wish to use my experience to take this company to new heights.

We are the world's pioneer low-cost airline, we set industry benchmark, we would strive to do so, earning profits for shareholder and serving the customer better would be our top priorities. Our board has taken the decision to add more 150 aircrafts by dry leasing it to connect new markets in South America in coming next year, further, we have plans to include the jumbos' to start operation operations in European Market. I would love to have a meeting and discuss the possibilities and debacles in this plan and how this would affect our business. Plus we are planning to introduce few premium seats which would give the experience of a full-service carrier, for this we would be tying up with Singapore Airlines, who are leading airline in FSC's.
