Q1: To determine the user's skill levels and design an interface is easy if we are designing for the same class of users. However, what to do when you have multiple user classes in the same system. What approach will you follow? Please explain your answer.
Q2: Propose a mind map summarizing, in your own expression, goals for requirements analysis. You may complete this sample:

Propose a mind map summarizing, in your own expression, goals for requirements analysis. You may complete this sample:
Check determined tasks match real needs and all needs
N.B.
- Remember that a mind map serves for the organization of the big titles, so no details will be included (see sample above). You have to summarize thoughts of slides’ contents.
- Make the mind map yours as any mind map duplicated from whatever source will be rejected.
- You can complete the above sample or draw your mind map by hand on paper or on a digital screen then just include an image of your drawing; otherwise you may use a dedicated software.

Q1:
Answer)
To design a UI is a difficult task. We have to understand the customer and user requirements for the UI design, the business requirements and the intended users of the system and also make all the operations and rendering easy and familiar. Also, the UI has to be efficient and familiar to the user to use it efficiently and effectively. Thus if we know that the user has a certain skill level and understanding of the UI and the business, thus we can design the User interface easily for the same class of users. Now if we have different classes of users and to accommodate multiple user classes in the same system, then it is really a great challenge for the UI developers and the business. To handle such as scenario wherein we have to have a UI where the UI will be for the multiple user classes in the same system, we can follow steps such as:
a) Do a user analysis that what type of user are comfortable with what functionalities and what types of operations and understand their requirements
b) Analyze the different levels and types of users using the system and the UI
c) Design the UI in a simple and efficient such that all the users and all types of users can easily operate the UI
d) Users should be able to identify the what the next action should be for executing an activity.
e) User operations among multiple user classes should be observed and analysis of activities are must
f) In many UI types, there can 2 types such as one is a simple version for normal users and another advanced version for advanced users. Simple version operation naturally is simple and advanced version operation is complex.
