Dear all,

First of all thank you for your help

I am writing an 8 week rolling staff rota for an Emergency Department and we need to include supervision and skill mix,

I need to be able to see who works with who and how many times over the 8 week period We also have three different sites to cover....So what I am struggling with is...

A formula that will count if two cells contact exactly the same text for each day of the week over an eight week period...

I.e. I need to know how many shifts (Each shift is in a cell and if not rostered to work those cells are empty) in each eight week period the staff will work on the same shfift on the saame site...
