We were all from other parts of the country, attending training together. The structure of the group was one of concertive control. We were given strict rules to follow on the structure of the presentation. We could not go more than two minutes over or under forty-five minutes. Explanation / Answer

I do agree with the students statements, as the reasons are given below:

1. Team work and coordination is important, as the task can be completed with full team effort rather than individual contribution.

2. The actual performance of the individual in the organization is achieved through team coordination, where all would know on the importance of the tasks.

3. In this case when the time of a presentation is missed by single person that had affected the whole team, as where all reduced their actual presentation and that compress on the team performance. If coordination is good achievement would be on high.

4. The learning gets improved in the team performance, all individual would different skills on observing the others in the team.
