As organization have different work culture and different business sectors like , manufacturing, agriculture and services sector and each have sub sectors which also have different process that need type of employees those can work in different shift or different time schedule.
Organization which have shift work culture and organization which have different timing of working ,such organization supporting to their employees managing a work or life balance by following ways .
1) Giving suitable working shift to those employees who are living along with family.
2) Employers are offering lodging facilities in its own company building .
3) Employers are supporting to their employees while any pregnancy or delivery,giving paid leave to such employees .
4) Employers are offering free family health cards to employees .
5) At festival time Employers giving gifts to their employees .
Most interesting in such situation employees are misusing such facilities which are offering by companies.
