For this assignment you will complete a 500 word written assignment discussing your current career path and employment goals. Below you will find the questions to be answered for this assignment.

If you are currently employed is it in your desired career? If you are not currently working what is your designed career?

What has been your career path up until now?

What do you like most about your job? Explain. If you are not currently employed, what has been your favorite job that you’ve had in the past? Explain.

If absolutely no obstacles stood in the way of your achieving it, what would you most like to attain in your career?

Where would you like to be in your career in 5 years? In 10 years? In 15 years?

Explanation / Answer

First to discuss the desired career path which means the job which you love to do or doing and you enjoy that work thoroughly. And ofcours for everyone there will be some goals towards their career path which is a very good thing that motivates us daily to do our best inorder to achieve those goals.  
Coming to my job, though at the present situation I don't have any job but I left my job very recently. Anytime I can say that I am completely satisfied with the job which I did and that's my desired career. In my career, I always wanted to be a Software job. Fortunately, I got my job after my graduation and then I joined and I got the stream SAP and that too into administration of SAP. Initially I am bit hesitated and after some time I just tried to know that subject behind that. Then by learning I came to know that it is the job where I am the admin for the application and database also. Which means I got my desired job and also It is my desired job which I dreamt from my childhood.
Till now in my career I have seen so many up's and also at present it is going in a down phase. But it is very obvious that after every down phase there will be a huge success if we try our best and hard enough.
As I said earlier that SAP administration is the best job which I did previously. Because I like very much the administration jobs rather than any other job because its the vital role for every software to maintain the software highly available all the time without any flaws in it. There will be so much interesting things in it to manage. It is almost like you are the one who runs the whole bunch of packages and software.
Coming to obstacles there will be so many in my job. Daily I have to deal with a new type of problems inorder to run the software efficiently and after solving things again there will be a new bunch of problems. Sometime it might take days to resolve. Without having any challenges there will be no fun and interesting element to do the job.
In my career in the next 5 years, I want to develop my skills deeply and I wanted to be the best person in my field. And in the 10 years span, I want to be the technical manager where I can manage teams and make them work. And in the span of 15 years, I wanted to establish my own company and want to provide the best industry services to my client's.
