Explanation / Answer
E-mail from customer regarding a recent purchasethat did not meet customer expectations
Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that I have purchased a face cream of your company recently. The advertisement of the cream claims that it brightens and makes the skin look fair. But after using it for 15 days, there are no signs of fairness. Rather I developed rashes on my face after using it.
The cream has really disappointed me because we are so conscious about the cosmetics and our skin. If the product is not upto the marke, it really puts us off. Kindly look into the matter and resolve my issue.
Thanks and Regards
Mrinalini

Dear Mrinalini,
I really apologize for the facial cream purchased by you, which didnt meet your expectations. There are certain instructions being given on the packaging of the cream, that it is not to be used if the skin is oily and as it is a night cream, so you are not supposed to use it during the day time when you go out in the hot sun.
We have received couple of mails from the users who have been using the cream and are getting good results. Kindly follow the instructions properly and use it for another 15 days. Hope the cream would bring good results for you in the future.
Thanks & Regards
Rajni Sharma
