Human-Computer Interaction

What are the prerequisites for the course Human-Computer Interaction? Please create a thorough list of the prerequisites starting with an advanced course, so you don't have to start with courses such as Intro to Computer Science or Intro to Data Structures and Algorithms.

Are there any Chegg student solutions manuals that cover the topic of Human-Computer Interaction? Are there any books that Chegg promotes or that can be rented or bought via the Chegg website?

For example, I looked at the textbook Human-Computer Interaction (3rd Edition) 3rd Edition by Alan Dix (Author), Janet E. Finlay (Author), Gregory D. Abowd (Author), Russell Beale (Author) but this book is below average in my opinion. As far as know, I cannot find a Human-Computer for Dummies book. Are there any books that similar to the Dummies books but for Human-Machine Interaction?
