No, vehicles doesn't have a warranty per se. They can modify or replace a part which might have got damaged due to some problem from the manufacturer end. Any theing that happens after such a considerable amount of time isn't acceptable. Also if they have serviced their vehicle every 5000 kms(which is servicing requirement ) and no problem was observed during that time then it won;t be considered as origin defect. If they haven't serviced till 14000 km then it is their fault that they didn't take proper care of the vehicle.
So under no circumstance Sportsman Trailer is liable to return or refund
