Explanation / Answer

SOLUTION:

According to the given data by observing the case study the following data follows that is;

->StartPage Of your college domain.

->CollegeChat using Google Talk

->Email@yourcollegedomain.com.

Email@yourcollegename.com using :

->by Using this application, provided by Google Apps one can have their own domain name, be it an organization, a personal individual or a college (as in our case).

->So using their own domain name they can set up a bunch of email ids using “yourdomainname.com” for various users or staff or students etc.

->The college students or staffs have to sign in to their page provided by Google, where the page could come with the college logo like “TheCollegeDomain.org”. And after successful sign in, they can send emails with their custom domain email, which will appear in “From:” field.

Also, it provides an administrator with the capabilities of creating and managing other accounts.

StartPage Of your college domain:

->    Google Apps not only provide users with the features but also provides them, a page which will land for all users with a different view after sign in with their domain name.

   -> For admin, the start page can be used for creating and managing other users.

CollegeChat using Google Talk:

->Then One more feature provided by google apps is Chat utility, say CollegeChat. This CollegeChat will hold the name and email addresses of all other persons associated with the same domain name. It's more like google talk or GTalk.

Examples of Each Application Domain:

For 1st example:

->When the college is having its own domain name, then college itself will have the control on the mails of each individual. So whenever the college domain encounters a new mail which is supposed to be directed towards the user of that domain group.

For 2nd example;

       ->Also one more property of using our own domain for mailing is, suppose a mail has come for/from a user which is not there in the college list or a user email with some different name is created like, some shopping websites or so, say name_shop_hub@yourdomainname.com, then all such addresses can be created using catch_all address which will provide you with options and enter the Email. After that, we can set the status of all those emails, i.e., whether it is to be rejected it accepted.

    ->    The start page of each user can be different depending on their role. Suppose if admin logs in, then he will be provided with the functionality to add or remove email addresses with their domain name. Along with this capability, they will be provided with all basic utilities.

     ->   Also for users like students or teachers, they can see other email ids in their chat list, after landing on the start page and can send or receive emails on Mail utility, but they won't be able to create and manage new/existing email addresses. Also, they can create a group to send a mail to.

For 3rd example:

      -> CollegeChat can be used by all members associated with the domain name. So they can see and can personalize their own list according to their choices. Suppose a staff is there who wants to add a member to his/her friend list, he can do so by searching for them and can add. Also, they can create the group by some name and can add different members in different groups for various discussions. Members can block also other members and can delete them or groups if not required for them.

     ->   CollegeChat can be modified for Admin, wherein an Admin can enable or disable this functionality for various members if found to be involved in an unethical thing. Also, admin can block members just like other members, and can also check for what kind of messages one member is sending to another.
