Without clear aspects of defining the work objectives it cannot bring the fruitful results to the organization and the teammates will also remain biased to do their job as the focus is the prime aspects to undertake the business so it is natural that to perform a role as a leader and to get a right vision is absolutely necessary to perform the work.
