Question

According to the Graham-Leviss article and Burgelman Working Paper, the top three attributes of a leader are VISION, HUMILITY, and COOPERATION. All three attributes must be present in a leader to undertake all the task of the organization to get a full positive outcome.

The first is the vision a great leader should have the clear vision about the target and should have the idea to reach the achievements. Without clear aspects of defining the work objectives it cannot bring the fruitful results to the organization and the teammates will also remain biased to do their job as the focus is the prime aspects to undertake the business so it is natural that to perform a role as a leader and to get a right vision is absolutely necessary to perform the work.

The second is the humility it is one of the best qualities of a leader who is humble and having the confidence to give the space to speak and to listen to other views about any process of work and should not threaten the teammates. It pretends the quality that a leader can also be wrong but when a leader admits that, it is the best part of any leader in the organization. An organization seeks for this quality as it expands mutual interaction between a leader and the teammates.

The third attribute is the Cooperation which is also the most important aspects of a leader. In an organization, it is obvious that pulling together to complete any project is highly desirable as it becomes successful. As a leader it is always encouraging to finalize the work to do it quickly when your teammates listen to you but it will only happen when you have the sense to make your request or approach is granted for the purpose of their self-interests then a leader can go to any possibilities to sustain a positive cooperation in the organization and to make an effort able co-operative work culture in the organization.
