Subject: Recommendation report on online survey tool.

Thank you for trusting me with this recommendation report. Based on the crietria provided by you, the purpose of this report is to recommend the most efficient online survey platform. After comparing 20 online survey tools, I narrowed down my choice to three: Google Forms, Survey Monkey and Typeform. I further evaluated these three tools on the following basis:

1. Number of surveys provided.

2. Number of questions allowed.

3. Number of respondents.

4. Design

5. Cost.

Recommendation:

After carefully evaluating these three tools, I would like to recommend the services of Google Forms on the basis that not only it is one of the most used online survey platform in the world, but also because it provides much better services compared to the other two. Here are my findings:

Google Forms is a hassle free paltform to conduct unlimited surveys with unlimited questions and to get unlimited responses all for free, unlike both Survey Monkey and Typeform, that charge $26/PM and $29/PM respectively. It has number of well designed survey templates that can be used according to the nature of your survey.

Google Forms' online platform is more easy to use and deisgn the survey as compared to both Survey Monkey and Typeform, the websites of which are rather complicatedly deisgned

Survey Monkey does not provide their users with design and data export options. Furthermore the services provided on Survey Monkey's free plan are very limited in contrast to Google Forms, where the users not only get custom design and data export options but also the results from the survey can be visualized into graphs and the result can be directly exported to a spreadsheet, for FREE, along with many other features.

While Typeform provide their users all the above features, it limits the survey responses to just 100 responses per month and to view more than 100 responses the user will have to opt for a paid plan.

Conclusion:

Based on the criteria provided by you, Google Forms fulfills all of them and moreover the services are free of cost. The quality of responses gathered are much better than that of Survey Monkey and Typeform. Its easily customisable, can be used comprehensively by any member of the team, allows team to collaborate together for a specific detailed survey.

Overall Google Forms is the best and most efficient online survey tool available.
