leader is the person who infulence, inspire, motivate, guide, and lead the people from the place where they are and to the place where they want to reach. he himself takes the initiation, he never bother about risk taking, accept the challanges and consider only the reality. he never lost hope about future and the same will be created in the minds of followers.

if we observed centuries together, leader is the person who inspire the people and who takes oath towards the people. he represent his people, his nation and his community. he becomes as a servant and in that process he may lost his identity. he sacrifice everything towards his destination. they never think about self benefit, they never forget about public good and society needs.
