we looked at accounts, identity, authentication, and account recovery. There is an old adage that says, "You can never be too safe. When it comes to the digital world, it's very true. Cyber hackers and hijackers are lurking everywhere to steal digital information. And while it's a piece of cake for them to get passwords and other sensitive information, for the rest of us, keeping track of login information is a hassle especially since everything needs its own password. It's too much and eventually passwords get forgotten.

Explanation / Answer

Answer)

Accounts, identity, authentication, and account recovery are very important concepts when it comes to security of the information in a computer system. "You can never be too safe. When it comes to the digital world" the saying is true as cyber hackers and attackers are everywhere and are trying to steal data for their personal gains and inflicting damage to the systems of individuals, organizations and more.

Information Security policy of an organization or a company is supposed to protect individuals and information and set rules for users, administrators and company. For the hackers, hacking into doesn't require much efforts and they can easily attacks our systems. For us however, when when we use complicated passwords and these passwords are there for many service online and offline, they get forgotten and have to be reset many a times.

Thus keeping a track and remembering complicated passwords is a hassle for us users. For user accounts, establishing the identity on a website or an application we need to use, and authenticating ourselves as legitimate users will require the correct password of our account. When we forget the password, we have to go for account recovery, where we reset our password. This is too much of hassle every time.

Well, there are some secure antivirus software, which have secure password vaults which can remember the password for application or websites if you choose them to remember it. But, then again there are security issues, you never know who has access to those password you just store. Surely, they will be encrypted, bu attackers would not have trouble to crack them.

So the best thing according to me is what I used to do is maintain a handwritten diary, to use complicated passwords for all of my login credentials and handwritten diary contained the details of my passwords without any security issues. Here, no security issues as nobody can hack your diary and you have to physically secure it, also, you don't forget complicated passwords.
