The feedback you have had from customers suggests that they are more satisfied with their dealings with your organisation and would be more likely to purchase goods from your organisation in the future. Why is it important to establish processes that will inform employees of the outcomes of their continuous improvement efforts in this area? How could you communicate outcomes to employees?
Explanation / Answer
Fo every organisation, employees are major part, without employees and their valuable effort, a businessman can't do anything. When people know their company really care about them, they feel happy and try to put their full efforts to fulfill their jobs.
In this case, customers are more satisfied with company services, but it can't done by owner of the organisation, it possible by people only. Customers expressed their future purchasing opinion also. So this is only success done by employees.
It is very important to establish process that will inform employees of the outcomes of their continuous improvement efforts in this area because when they came to know the result of their efforts, they will be more happy and try to give same or high level of efforts in the future
I will communicate outcomes of employees by creating friendly environment like nice meeting or some party.
If it is effort of one person, I personally go to the cabin of him or her and congrats him or her
