It has one chief executive board that operates together flawlessly to design brands and make verdicts on how the corporation moves forward.

2. Functional organizational structure - Apple uses the traditional functional organizational structure rather than divisions which most of the others use. It allows for more control and specialization for the managers to ensure that the leadership vision is converted to reality.
