I would like to work in small company because i think learning is everything. According to me if you learn more now then in later you can earn more . Small companies provides more opportunities for learning. They keep their employees busy in more than one task. By performing different tasks on regular basis i can learn more and more. after learning more i can move to any large company which will be easy for me if and only if i have gained the knowledge.
