Your post should include a brief introduction with a clear thesis statement and a conclusion in which you draw together your thoughts and insights about the exercises and how you intend to continue developing your personal creativity. The body of your post should:

• Explain which three tools you used with a brief summary of each of them and why you chose them.

• Discuss how you used them and how effective you thought they were.

• Provide a very specific workplace scenario indicate how you could apply the technique in that situation Your answer should be 350 - 400 words in length and error free. Be sure to reference the resources you used in APA format

Introduction

The three tools are quite important and specific to make anything creative and interesting to play. The purpose of choosing these three techniques is that through these three techniques new innovative work can be done and slightly be increasing the sense of creativity will increase the essence of work. The techniques can be used in the workplace to make the work more unique and creative. The techniques give the idea that if you have any creative sense of mind you can go ahead by facing challenges. You should not stop thinking about the consequences because either it may be positive or negative. If it is positive it will create your benchmark in that work and if it not then some more idea will be achieved to do the thing much better which will be more effective.    

Techniques leading to creativity:

First is the teamwork, second is personal leadership and third is self-engaging with different creativeness. All are leading to make a new change in the working environment. The aspects of teamwork idealize with different technical styles which is the important aspects of a creative culture. It defines many different ideas which all come to make the things more creative and soothing. The second important factor is personal leadership which is an important part of self-taking some responsibilities and makes that creative art to present in front of others but it may be not fully correct but it may give the idea to excel the sense to create the things better. Trying hard for something and accepting the challenge is the art to perform the work better with good creativity. The third important technique is self-trying with confidence, trying with self-engaging in work gives the idea to create your own identity which is the self-creativity that is required to be done if anybody wants to create his/her personal footmarks in the work.

Conclusion:

In workplace scenario, it plays a major role. The techniques are quite important when it comes to exploring creativity. It is a playful art which cannot be learned by anyone, it is natural and expected to be unique. In the workplace, creativeness is very necessary to build any project perfectly. The techniques like teamwork, personal leadership and self-engaging are important aspects in a workplace through which an excellent sense of creativity can be obtained. The workplace is full of daily challenges to accept at every point but it needs to be self-determined, co-relates with the team and self-leadership are some important aspect which is highly desirable in the workplace to develop a creative nature in work and to highlight your skill by facing the challenges.
