Explanation / Answer
Since there is a different point of view from both the video conversations is the reason of seperating the data collected from the videos. Here follows the information.
1) From the conversation of video terry kelly she gives a different view of the social responsibility, she states that every individual must be responsible for their work. It shouldn't be like taking orders form superior or just following your boss instructions and working accordingly doesn't fit your success it should be always you to work by yourself with your own initiation to work with a social responsible person. There are followers because of these bosses or leaders, rather than that they should be initiated by themselves to work. With the fundamental beliefs that they should have ethics, moral values to share thier knowledge with others and to develop organization with these kind of activities of sharing and working with team or working together and language improves the organization, also collecting the data from task forces too.
2) From the second video conversation of team building terry kelly, work is done collectively together its not the leader who does but every individual do. Every one understand that their job is to make every one successfull, but its not just about their own personal success so that really fundamental investment of time to build their relationship to get to know what each of us are capable of providing, this truely cares about the organization. It is stated that top most person is knowledgeable and they are going to direct the rest of the organization, but when you think how the decisions are made if we think who really has the knowledge the best person to have decision i.e the person who is really capable will be making a perfect decision doesn't depend on whether he/she is a boss or follower. They like to create the environment that if it is not decision its very much situational of hierarchy and demand concept i.e not on fixed person, they are all connected by thier ideas, tradition. Mainly one should understand the work why it is to be done and why it is really important to the organization, every individual should learn the importance and passion towards the work and its not all about money but should also work with the connected and profitable intension which will help to develop thier growth as well as the organization. There should be common foundation of values and belief's i.e every one should trust thier work collegues and organization. They should choose their most and least attractive project to make organization successfull. Most importantly there should be a healty work environment.
