Then only the project will be completed with in time.If the deadline is not given the project will be delayed and theproject will not be handover with in time to the customer. So thatthe customer will get some loss financially. 2. Working on single task: In somecomplex situations working on single task may get accurate result,but in some cases it is not good to work on a single task by theentire team. If entire team work on single task then perfomancewill be reduced and company resources will be misused. If allthe team focuses on a single task then remaining tasks will beremained. 3. Passing results as soon ascomplete : If theresults may not be passed after completion there will be delay inwork, and if this resultant work is input to a new task then thenew task will not be stated until unless the work issubmitted. 4. Use of reports : If thereports are not used the status of the project will not be known.And what work is assigned to to the team members is also not known.So, in each and every stage reports must be used.
