Answer:

For this registration system, we need mainly focus on building a system which is secured, user-friendly and less time to consume with great UI. So for this, we will be using different types of technology which are open source and they are well optimised for these kinds of tasks. The tools are as follows: PHP, jQuery, HTML, CSS, Apache, and Mysql. For the front end, we will be using PHP, JQuery, HTML, and CSS. for the Back-end we will be using Apache and Mysql for the database.

The registration system will contain mainly 5 modules which are Admin, Master, Transaction, Reports, Information display.

Using PHP and jQuery we can build a great system which is easy to use with great user interface. Not only it looks good but it is well optimised also so it will work perfectly on all the devices whether it a phone, tablet or laptop. In other words, we can say it is responsive. For the back-end, we will be using the Mysql server database which is very good for storing the data in a sorted manner and it is fast and responsive.

There can be some difficulties in building the security and validation of the registration system. Because for that you need to precisely apply the rules that what student can fill what forms and what information can be seen by which user etc. These are some of the things which I think can be difficult to implement for an intern.

Basic control will include the information page where it will show the recent information for organization. Home button and about us page and one help page so that user can read the page and can easily use the system.

For a student to register the first student needs to scan there ID’s so that the system can see what is their class and other personal information. Without that, you cannot register into the system. After the scan of student ID, the system will automatically take them to the page where they need to get register. Due to this student will not be able to register any other place and will prevent the system from inappropriate use.

This can be built for the better security and no misuse of the system.
