Question

Nehemiah evaluated the situation in Jerusalem. He found all of the gates and had been destroyed. After he assessed the damage, he called the people to rebuild. The people he was speaking to were in the city. They could see the same broken down gates and walls; they were standing on rubble as he called them to change, but they hadn't done anything about it before Nehemiah called them to rebuild. There is a sentence between his evaluation and the people's response that is easily overlooked due to its brevity (see italics) that explains how the people were inspired and motivated to change.

Is there something in your organization that everyone can see is broken, but no one is fixing? What could you do to influen

Explanation / Answer

Yes there is roof of the gaurd room is broken from one side and it is just near to the entrance gate and every one in the company are aware about this but no one should take innitiative to repair that damage.

I would taken necessary steps to influence people , i would call the meetings and pass the circular also about how the damage effect the company reputation and how it will be dangerous for us also in future and also started some award and recognition system to motivate people to look after the property of the organisation. and also take necessary steps to repair that adamage.
