While working on a project for introducing a new system for any organisation , you have to have analysis of the existing system, therefore, provides a firm basis for the design of the new system.As a member of system investigation team , you are responsible for determining the scope of the project, by evaluating the complexity of the problem and the effort required to complete it. This information can assist with planning the project and allocating the necessary resources to it.Since you are dealing with project of your area you are supposed to be very much faimiliar to that system ,well aware of the processes , technicality and the constraints of the system. this will help you figure out the hindrances and therefore planning could be more effective.Resource requirement , timeline and
risks and mitigation plan.
