Explanation / Answer

Throughout my professional career I have witnessed a lot of diversity not only in my workplace but it started during my school days and also while I was in college. I have always been taught that diversity is something very natural and should not be considered as something out of the box. I have always considered it as normal and have never been conscious about it but as my started my professional career I observed that diversity is something that is considered to be unnatural and people are not able to take it as a part of our life. I feel that diversity should not affect our work at any cost rather it should make it better as we get to communicate with individuals from different culture and backgrounds.

The secondary example of diversity are present but they don't affect largely, secondary dimensions include family status, income, religious belief, education, etc. I believe that if diversity is creating any issue then that should be understood so that steps can be adopted in order to get rid of such issues. i believe the differences regarding secondary dimensions may not be very much visible but it may affect the team because in a team secondary diversity is very much common and the opinion and views may vary among individuals but as a manager I should ensure that these things should not affect the team bonding and togetherness it possess or else that will affect the team performance.

In order to deal with such situations in the organization I will follow a very simple approach and that will be treating each and every one equally without any bias towards anyone. Only performance should be the parameter in an organization because I believe that performance is the most important driving force. As the manager I will be the one who should be responsible enough to deal with such a situation. Communication will have to play the key role and if the team indulges in constructive communication quite often, then such issues will not even be present, therefore I would like to promote communication in the team so that the team share ideas helpful for the organization. The employees should be communicated that they are here for a common objective and they should work together to achieve the objective and other factors should be kept aside and only then success is possible.
