Answer to Q1. Morton-Thiokol did not use a Stockholder or a Stakeholder model for taking decision. The decision by him was taken under pressure and was taken because of his fear of damaging relationship with for calling off the launch.
Answer to Q2: The decision that i would have made if i were a Morton-Thiokol manager in that situation is that I would not have allowed the launch when there was uncertainty regarding the success of launch and full conformity of everything being safe.
Answer to Q3: Roger Boisjoly could not have done anything differently in his capacity as he did not have control over the operations. He did his best by informing a day before that o ring on the rocket boosters would fail in cold weather.
Answer to Q4: Boisjoly already was loyal to his company when he was questioned by the Rogers Commission and that he gave the reasons as to why he felt that o ring would fail. He left the company after indifferent behavior of his colleagues and managers.
