I have an add-in for a Dymo Label Printer that automatically loads at Excel star

I have an add-in for a Dymo Label Printer that automatically loads at Excel startup. I would like to remove it because it causes Excel to start slowly. When I go to the list of add-ins and select COM add-ins, I can uncheck the box to make it unavailable, but if I select it and click Remove, I get this error message:
This add-in is installed for all users on this computer and can only be connected or disconnected by an administrator.
I am logged in as the administrator on the machine and there are no other user accounts set up. I am running Windows 7 and Office 2010 Professional Plus.

Any suggestion?

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftOfficeExcelAddins and set LoadBehavior of Dymo Label Printer addin to 0
